La respuesta sería -
"This / That is MY book" "It's mine"
"These/Those are MY books" "They are mine" (cambiaríamos el my/mine por el posesivo correspondiente - según la tabla anterior. Cuidamos la concordancia singular plural tanto en el demostrativo de la primera frase como en el sujeto (it / they) de la segunda.
